Dr. S. R. Mukhi has been visiting Prof. C. S. Ranawat at Lenox Hill Hospital and Center for specialized surgery in New York for the las12 years to observe and learn the Science and Art of Total Joint Replacement
He has been attending the "Current Concepts in Joint Replacement" and "American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons" regularly for the 12 years to keep abreast with the latest technologies in the field of joint replacement.He has performed over 2500 joint replacements. He has been on the teaching faculty for the Bombay Orthopedic Society for conducting joint replacement courses and workshops in Mumbai.  He is the Prof. & Chief of the Orthopedic Unit at K. J. Somaiya Medical College and Research Center, Sion, Mumbai.
