Qualification:
MD, DCH

Senior Part-time consultant, graduated from Bombay University in the year 1967. After completing his DCH and MD he spent three years at USA at the Kansas University Medical Center in Pediatrics Residency, the last year as Chief Resident. He returned to India in 1976 and worked at CSI Hospital Bangalore as Pool Officer for three years till 1979.  He rejoined the Hospital in 1990 and has been a part time Senior Consultant ever since then. He is one of the senior most practicing pediatricians of Bangalore. 

He is an active member of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics, Bangalore (IAP-Bangalore) and has held many important posts in it. He was the treasurer of IAP - Bangalore for many terms and held the post of its President in the year 2002. He has attended and organized many conferences and CMEPs and was the treasurer of the National Conference of Pediatrics held at Bangalore in 2002. He has also given lectures and chaired many sessions in various conferences and CMEPs
