Dr. Vinay Mehendale has been an Honorary Surgeon, Professor of Surgery and Head of Department (Surgery) of Rajawadi Municipal General Hospital since 1978. He has been performing Laparoscopic surgeries since 1991. He brings his broad experience of more than a decade in laparoscopy to Wockhardt Minimal Access Surgery Hospital. He has to his credit more than 4000 laparoscopic cholecystectomies and has pioneered 150 cases in laparoscopic Orchiopexy since 1992. He has more than 20 publications in National and International journals. He is a faculty of Ethicon Training Centre. He has also conducted many workshops in Minimal Access Surgery as faculty.
