About Ayuryogashram
Ayuryogashram, established in Sept 2001, is a premier Ayurvedic Health Retreat and Yoga Centre, located in Parlikad near Trissur, the cultural capital of Kerala State in pleasant and serene rural surroundings and fuctioning in a Kerala speciality "Nalukettu" type new building on an artistically landscaped lush green land on the Trissur - Shornur road, easily accessible by rail as the Trissur and Wadkancherry railway stations are within a distance of 15 and 1.1/2 kms respectively from the retreat and an enjoyable country side ride for about 60 kms from Kochi International Airport will take you there. It is provided with all modern amenities such as luxurious furnishings, attached bathrooms, air conditioners, TV, Music, World Space Radio connections, Inter-com, Speciality treatment rooms and relaxation gadgets viz hammocks, hanging and swingig chairs etc.
What makes this centre noteworthy or acceptable is that it doesn,t operate like hospital or hotel but more like a home away from home and whaterver that is done here is done in a truly enjoyable homely way.
With two teams of five trained / experienced masseurs each, they are able to provide treatments to ladies and gents separately in separate rooms.
Wellness Programmes
Most of the thailams, oils and medicines required here are obtained from approved doctors from Kottakkal Arya Vaidyasala, Vaidyaratnam, and Keraleeya Ayurveda Samajam.

The Guest Experience
All through the year except the year except May to avoid extremely dry weather conditions and June / July if one wants to avoid occasional heavy rains.
