Why A Full Body Checkup Matters
Most serious illnesses — heart disease, diabetes, kidney trouble and many cancers — give no warning signs at all in the early stage. By the time you feel unwell, treatment is harder, longer and far more expensive. A full body checkup looks for these problems while they are still small and still easy to treat.
For families travelling from Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Bangladesh, Iraq and the Gulf, a checkup in India costs a fraction of what the same tests cost at home, and everything is finished in a single trip instead of weeks of separate appointments.
- Catch heart, sugar, kidney and liver problems early
- Screen for the cancers that run in your family
- Get one clear picture of your health instead of scattered reports
How To Prepare For Your Checkup
Preparation is simple, and our coordinator will remind you of each step before your appointment day.
- Do not eat for 10 to 12 hours before — plain water is fine
- Bring any old reports, scans and prescriptions you already have
- Carry your passport and a list of medicines you take daily
- Wear loose, comfortable clothes and flat shoes for the treadmill test
- Women should avoid booking during their monthly period
What Your Checkup Day Looks Like
You arrive early in the morning. Blood samples are taken first, then your scans and heart tests, with breakfast provided in between. By afternoon you are free. The next day, a senior doctor sits with you and goes through every report line by line — what is normal, what needs watching, and what needs treating.
How Forerunners Helps You
From your first message to the day you fly home, one team handles everything — hospital booking, appointment dates, airport pickup, hotel near the hospital, an interpreter if you need one, and your reports sent to you digitally afterwards.
