In short: every clinical claim on this website is traced to a named source and checked by a person before it is published, every price is an estimated range rather than a quotation, and no hospital or doctor can pay for a better write-up.
Forerunners Healthcare is a medical travel assistance company that has been helping international patients reach treatment in India for more than 24 years. This page explains how the health and medical travel information on this website is created, checked and kept current, so that you can judge for yourself how much weight to give it.
Our aim is straightforward: to give every reader relevant, honest information so they can make the best decision for their own health.
Our Medical Content
Every page we publish is written to the same standard. Our content:
- Follows a written editorial framework rather than being produced page by page
- Is written in plain language a worried patient can actually understand
- Is original, and is never plagiarised or published as raw AI output
- Uses facts and figures rather than sales language
- Draws on credible, named sources
- Is held to the highest ethical and editorial standards we can apply
Who We Are
We are a patient assistance and coordination company, not a hospital and not a medical provider. We connect international patients with accredited hospitals and specialist doctors across India, and support them from the first medical report to discharge and follow-up.
To date we have supported over 15,000 international patient enquiries from more than 30 countries, working with a network of over 50 partner hospitals in India. Every hospital we work with holds recognised accreditation, such as NABH in India or JCI internationally.
How We Work
- We build and maintain listings of leading doctors and hospitals across Indian cities and specialities.
- We publish detail on each procedure: what it involves, what it costs, the expected hospital stay, how to choose the right doctor, reported success rates and the factors that move the price.
- We explain conditions, illnesses and procedures through long-form guides and blog articles.
- We publish real patient stories on the website and on our YouTube channel, with the patient’s permission.
- We share explainers on procedures and conditions through our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTube channels.
How Our Content Is Made
- It is written by a trained in-house content team drawn from relevant backgrounds, who work daily with patient enquiries and hospital coordinators.
- Writers research each article before drafting it, using medical literature and information supplied by the treating hospitals.
- Articles are linked internally to related topics so a reader can follow a subject through.
- Subheadings break each topic down so that a reader who is not medically trained can follow it.
- Data is checked for errors, and the writing is kept user-friendly rather than clinical.
- Flow and tone are matched to the audience the page is written for.
- Relevant images, videos and comparison tables are added where they help.
- Content is reviewed by the responsible authority or, for clinical detail, by a qualified medical professional at one of our partner hospitals.
- Only after that review is the page published.
The Key Values of Our Content
- Simple language
- A consistent tone
- Verified information
- Writing that stays readable rather than repetitive
- Proper references
- Specific answers, not vague reassurance
Doctor and Hospital Profiles
We make sure the information in a doctor or hospital profile is kept current: years of experience, city, designation, speciality, consultation fees, visiting hours, accreditation and address.
Doctors and hospitals cannot pay to be described as the best, to be ranked higher on a listing page, or to have a detail removed. Our listings are built on accreditation, specialist experience, reported outcomes and patient feedback. We are paid by the hospitals we coordinate with, in the way a medical travel facilitator normally is, and we would rather state that here than leave it in small print.
Our Blogs and Guides
Our articles and blogs are written to inform, not to sell. They are original and are not copied from any other website. We do not attempt to cover every medical condition. We focus on the departments we genuinely work in every day, including cardiac surgery, oncology, orthopaedics and joint replacement, neurosurgery, organ transplant, IVF and fertility, and bariatric surgery.
Procedure Costs
Every cost on this website is an estimated range, not a quotation.
The price of a procedure varies with the country you travel from, the city and hospital you choose, the doctor who treats you, the implant or device used, your length of stay, and the pre-treatment and post-treatment care you need. A web page cannot know any of that. We publish ranges so that you can plan, and our team gives you a real, itemised estimate only after a doctor has reviewed your reports.
Patient Stories and Photographs
Testimonials on this website come from real patients who agreed to share their experience. We publish them with permission and do not edit them to change their meaning. Names and photographs are withheld whenever a patient asks us to withhold them.
One patient’s experience is not a prediction of yours. A good outcome in a published story does not mean the same treatment will give you the same result.
Our Use of AI Tools
We use software tools, including AI tools, to help with drafting, translation and formatting. No page is published on the strength of an AI draft alone. A person on our team checks every clinical statement, every cost figure, every doctor credential and every hospital detail against a source before it goes live, and a person is accountable for what is published.
How We Keep Pages Up to Date
Medical practice and hospital pricing both change. We review our treatment, cost, doctor and hospital pages on a rolling basis, and update them when a clinical guideline changes, a cost range moves, a doctor changes hospital, or a reader tells us something is out of date.
Corrections and Feedback
We put our best effort into publishing error-free content. Even so, a typo, an outdated figure or a missing detail can slip through. If you spot one, please tell us. We would much rather hear it from you than leave another patient misinformed.
Write to enquiry@forerunnershealthcare.com with the page address and what you believe is wrong. We check every report we receive and correct genuine errors as quickly as we can.
Disclaimer
The content on this website is for information only. It is not a doctor’s recommendation, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan for you personally, and it cannot replace an examination by a qualified doctor who has seen your reports.
Never delay seeking medical care, and never stop or change a treatment, because of something you read here. If your symptoms are severe or getting worse, contact a doctor or an emergency service where you are, straight away.
