Dr. Anand Krishnamurthy is an internationally acclaimed Cosmetic and Implant Dental Surgeon, practicing since 1998. He has always been an innovator and has helped establish standards in the fields of dental implants, cosmetic dentistry and modern dental technology. He travels extensively to upgrade his skills and to keep abreast with newer innovations in the field of dentistry. A practicing Dental Surgeon for the past 11 years working in the areas of Endodontics, Restorative, Prosthetics and Basic Oral Surgery with implantology. Graduated from Government Dental College, Mumbai in 1997. In 2001, attended a course in Holland and Germany on implantology (conducted by Friadent). Incorporating dental implants into practice since the last 7 years. In 2001, attended a six session didactic and surgical course on implantology in India, organized jointly by the Chanavaz Institute of Implantology and Indian Institute of implantology. He has incorporated basic & advanced implantology in clinical practice after receiving special training for surgical procedures like immediate implantation, bone expansion, sinus lift & graft surgeries & onlay graft surgeries. He has widely lectured on the subject of oral implantology. He is currently involved in teaching programmes aimed at systematic training of dental surgeons for basic implantology in day-to-day practice.
